- Have successfully completed a recognized social work technician program:

• NBCC’s Social Service Community Worker program
• CCNB’s Technique en service social et communautaire program;

 OR

- Are currently registered as a social work technician-equivalent in another jurisdiction in Canada (Ex: Social Service Worker with OCSWSSW)

- Are currently working in a social work technician equivalent role. Please review the Scopes of Practice to review what is considered within the social work technician scope of practice.

Important note: This application pathway is open for a limited time. To be considered through Social Work Technician Equivalency, both the Application Form and the Application Fee must be received by June 7, 2025.
